How we quote
Quotes happen in your home, not over the phone, because ductwork condition, electrical service, and equipment placement move the price too much to guess. You get 2–3 system options at different efficiency tiers with firm written prices, good for 30 days. The price includes the permit, the inspection, haul-away of the old equipment, and warranty registration.
Honest replace-vs-repair advice
We do not sell repairs — but when a repair is clearly the smarter move for you, we say so and explain the math. When replacement wins, we show you that math too: repair cost versus remaining life, efficiency loss of the old system, and the payback on a new one.
